Job Summary All Saints Academy is seeking a Fifth Grade Teacher for the 2026-2027 school year at the St. Norbert Campus. The Fifth Grade Teacher is responsible for providing high-quality, faith-centered instruction in alignment with diocesan and school curriculum standards. This role supports the academic, spiritual, social, and emotional development of students while fostering a structured, respectful, and engaging classroom environment that reflects Catholic values and the mission of All Saints Academy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (required).
  • Commitment to Catholic education and willingness to support the mission of All Saints Academy.
  • Strong classroom management, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues.

Nice To Haves

  • Valid teaching certification or eligibility (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging, standards-based instruction in core subject areas including Reading/Language Arts, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, and Religion.
  • Integrate Catholic teachings, values, and traditions into daily instruction and classroom routines.
  • Create and maintain a positive, organized, and respectful classroom environment that supports student learning and accountability.
  • Utilize differentiated instructional strategies to meet the diverse academic needs and learning styles of students.
  • Assess student progress through formative and summative assessments and use data to inform instructional decisions.
  • Maintain accurate records of student achievement, attendance, and behavior in accordance with school policies.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with parents/guardians regarding student progress, expectations, and concerns.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, instructional support staff, and administration to enhance student outcomes and contribute to school initiatives.
  • Participate in faculty meetings, professional development, liturgical celebrations, and school events.
  • Uphold all school policies, diocesan guidelines, and professional standards.
