About The Position

Koroseal Interior Products is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Associate to support our sales organization in the Las Vegas market. This territory represents a high volume, fast paced environment with consistent project activity and strong customer engagement. This role plays an important part in driving growth by partnering closely with the sales team, supporting customer relationships, and ensuring a seamless experience across accounts. This position also plays a hands on role in curating and maintaining a showroom experience that reflects the Koroseal brand and supports product storytelling. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable balancing coordination, customer interaction, and visual presentation. This position reports to VP of Strategic Accounts and is based in person from our Las Vegas showroom.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or associate degree with equivalent experience in business administration, marketing, or interior design.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a service-oriented industry highly preferred, (hospitality design or commercial construction.)
  • Must maintain a good record of attendance.
  • Display and demonstrate a professional and ethical work attitude.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-past environment.
  • Knowledge of photoshop and CAD.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-directed individual w/excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Display and demonstrate a professional and ethical work attitude.
  • Outgoing, customer centric, mindset.
  • Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time and have ability to lift up to 20lbs safely.
  • Other duties as assigned

Responsibilities

  • Partner with outside sales representatives to support territory growth within a high activity market
  • Coordinate customer follow ups, sample requests, and order tracking in a timely manner
  • Assist with appointment scheduling, calendar management, and meeting preparation
  • Maintain accurate account information and activity within CRM systems
  • Support in market visits, customer meetings, and local events
  • Monitor project pipelines and help ensure clear and consistent communication with customers
  • Maintain an organized, professional, and on brand showroom environment
  • Curate product displays to highlight new collections, key patterns, and strategic product focuses
  • Rotate and refresh samples to ensure the space reflects current offerings and market trends
  • Ensure product libraries are organized, labeled, and easy for customers to navigate
  • Support visual merchandising updates that align with company initiatives and seasonal launches
  • Greet and assist architects, designers, end users, and contractors visiting the showroom
  • Coordinate showroom events, presentations, and customer meetings
  • All other duties as assigned
