About The Position

The A/P Lead Coordinator role is vital in providing training, support, and feedback to associates on their daily activities. As the main point of contact, you assist associates with inquiries and problem-solving, while also collaborating with Supervisors to conduct coaching sessions and foster the professional development of our associates

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business desired
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast paced environment
Strong organizational and follow through skills.
Strong communication skills
Strong computer skills (proficient in Microsoft Office)
Strong analytical skills
Ability to work independently as well as a team

Responsibilities

Trains, supports, and reviews Coordinator’s work.
Monitor’s workload and reassigns resources as needed to ensure all tasks are completed timely.
Work with associates to problem solve. Provides feedback to associates to enhance their performance.
Works with both internal and external contacts to obtain approvals and resolve payment related issues.
Reviews, approves, and submits work to management for approval.
Reviews and reconciles areas productivity and backlog to ensure accuracy of data.
Updates department procedures and makes recommendations to enhance efficiencies.
Participates in systems testing and audit requests as needed.
Special projects as assigned.
