Ready to go the extra mile. As an A/V Technician, you will be responsible for installing and configuring audio visual equipment in homes and commercial settings. Your technical expertise will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our clients enjoy a seamless and immersive audiovisual experience.
Requirements
- Interest or experience in home A/V products
- Eagerness to build technical knowledge and a willingness to put in the effort to develop news skills
- Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to follow instructions clearly and work well as part of a team
- Ability to identify problems and find ways to resolve challenges
- Ability to use computer and necessary software
- Ability to use hand tools
- Ability to lift up to 75lbs
- Valid Driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
Nice To Haves
- CEDIA, AVIXA, Control 4 and Crestron certifications are a plus but not required.
Responsibilities
- Install and configure audiovisual equipment, including but not limited to, televisions, projectors, sound systems, and smart home automation systems.
- Perform cable management, routing, and concealment for a clean and professional appearance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with A/V systems.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their specific installation needs and provide personalized solutions.
- Train clients on the proper use and maintenance of their audiovisual systems.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.
