POSITION SUMMARY The Adult Brain Injury (ABI) Service Coordinators connect individuals aged 21 to 65 who are living with a traumatic brain injury to resources that promote independent living, community participation, and employment. They may also connect eligible participants to community-based rehabilitation services to help achieve their personal goals.
