In this role, you will: Lead in conducting all types of the most complex field exams of current and potential borrowers financial records Lead in complex initiatives, including those that are cross-functional and which have broad impact Participate in large-scale planning for Financial Collateral Examination functional area Review and analyze, complex, multi-faceted, large-scale or long-term business, operational, or technical challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented factors within Financial Collateral Examination functional area Make decisions in complex and multi-faceted situations requiring understanding of Financial Collateral Examination functional area, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that influence and lead a broader work team to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives Collaborate and consult with Financial Collateral Examination peers, colleagues, and middle to more experienced managers to resolve issues and achieve goals Lead Financial Collateral Examination projects and teams, or serve as a peer mentor

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Financial Collateral Examination experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
  • Valid US Drivers License

  • 2+ years of Asset Based Lending Experience
  • Strong understanding of Accounting Finance or Accounting Background
  • Advanced Excel Skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment

  • Able to anticipate and adapt to rapidly changing, growth-oriented environment
  • Outstanding problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Proficient knowledge of business practices and processes
  • Strong excel and data mining experience.
