Join Our Team as a Part-Time Academic Coach
Are you committed to helping students reach their full potential? We are seeking dedicated, knowledgeable, and reliable Academic Coaches for part-time work. This is an excellent role for college students, teachers, or anyone with a deep passion for education.

What We're Looking For:

Academic Coaches who can support High School students in a range of subjects, including:
Advanced Coursework: AP Biology, AP Chemistry, AP Physics, Calculus BC, Eng Lit.
Test Prep (Preferred): ACT, SAT, ISEE, or experience with college admissions
Willingness to support Elementary and/or Middle School students in a range of subjects
The Academic Coach Experience:
Consistent hours with recurring weekly sessions within your preferred hours
All sessions are 1-on-1 and take place in private offices at our facility—no driving from home to home.
A highly supportive and collaborative team environment
Paid training and shadowing with experienced coaches
W-2 employment status

Requirements

• Excel at explaining academic content in a clear, engaging way
• Love building relationships and helping students gain confidence
• Are attending or have graduated from a 4-year university
• Are available Mon–Fri, 3:00–8:00pm & Sun, 2:00pm–6:00pm

Nice To Haves
