The Psychology Academic Program Manager supervises the assigned Bachelor’s Degree program in Psychology and all relevant courses and services as a subject matter expert for the Psychology program. The main tasks will be concentrated in five areas: Teaching, Student Retention, Curriculum, Accreditation, and Learning Assessment Processes. This includes teaching and demonstrations in the classroom, laboratory setting, blended or online according to program objectives and course syllabi, assessing student skills. They support the campus(es) and programs assigned to support students in the online academic programs. They drive the institutional effectiveness indicators (Key performance indicators), helping to meet and exceed goals set for retention, certification, graduation, and placement. The Academic Program Manager develops daily lesson plans as teaching guidelines based on the approved curriculum and ensures all course learning goals are met. The Psychology Academic Program Manager is Full-Time, exempt, Onsite and directly accountable to the Dean or Associate Dean of Academic Affairs. Onsite / In-Person - Orlando Campus
