About The Position

Justice North seeks a collaborative and highly organized Access Hub Coordinator to lead implementation of the New American Social Service Access Hub across northern Minnesota. This position is responsible for coordinating partnerships, outreach, training, and grant deliverables to improve access to social services, employment support, and legal resources for immigrant and refugee communities. Justice North operates eight offices across northern Minnesota. This is a hybrid position, combining remote work, in-office work at one or more Justice North locations, and regular regional travel. Moorhead and Duluth are the most populous service centers, though the position may be based anywhere within Justice North’s service area. This is an 18-month, grant-funded position, with continuation dependent on funding and organizational needs.

Requirements

  • At least three (3) years of experience in program coordination, community outreach, nonprofit program management, or a related field, including experience managing grant-funded programs and tracking deliverables and reporting requirements
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities across a large geographic area
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with diverse partners
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to travel regularly throughout northern Minnesota

Responsibilities

  • Managing grant deliverables, benchmarks, reporting, and outcome tracking
  • Coordinating data collection and evaluation with partners and internal staff
  • Supporting continuous improvement of the program
  • Serving as the primary liaison with key partners
  • Building strong relationships with nonprofits, faith-based organizations, schools, employers, workforce partners, and other community stakeholders
  • Supporting subcontracted partners in meeting service and reporting expectations
  • Mapping available services by county
  • Identifying gaps in services impacting New American communities
  • Culturally responsive outreach and community engagement
  • Representing Justice North at community events, coalition meetings, and partner convenings
  • Supporting development of multilingual outreach materials
  • Coordinating trainings for partners and employers related to immigrant rights, service access, and employment pathways
  • Coordinating program logistics such as scheduling, travel, communications, and documentation
  • Ensuring confidentiality, data privacy, and trauma-informed practices
  • Traveling regularly throughout northern Minnesota
  • Participating in meetings, trainings, and planning efforts
  • Performing other duties as assigned to support evolving program, grant, and organizational needs
