About the position

Amazon Web Services is seeking a results-driven Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Industry Marketing Manager to design and execute high-impact ABM programs for enterprise customers for some of our largest, most complex customers. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution to drive measurable business outcomes through targeted marketing initiatives. The Account-Based Marketing Manager will own the end-to-end execution of account-specific ABM programs, working backwards from customer needs to create data-driven, multi-channel campaigns, events, and executive programs that accelerate pipeline and revenue growth. This role requires project management skills, analytical capabilities, and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders. Responsibilities

  • Design and execute account-specific ABM campaigns (1:1, 1:few) that align with global frameworks and drive measurable business impact
  • Build and maintain relationships with sales teams to understand account priorities and translate them into effective marketing programs
  • Analyze customer data, buying signals, and market trends to inform campaign strategy and optimization
  • Create and implement multi-channel programs (events, digital, direct) that deliver personalized customer experiences
  • Partner with regional marketing teams to ensure ABM programs complement broader field marketing efforts
  • Drive operational excellence through standardized processes, documentation, and best practices
  • Track and report on program performance, using data to optimize and scale successful approaches
  • Manage program budgets effectively, demonstrating frugality while maximizing impact
  • Collaborate with global ABM community to share learnings and adopt proven practices

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience, with 2+ years of direct ABM program management experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience using marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Proven track record of using data and metrics to drive program improvements, project management and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience building and executing integrated marketing campaigns from concept to completion

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with ABM platforms (6sense, Demandbase, etc.) and marketing analytics tools
  • Proven ability to influence without authority in a matrixed organization
  • Track record of creating scalable marketing programs that deliver measurable results
  • Experience in technology/cloud industry marketing
  • MBA or relevant advanced degree
