A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE As an Account Director, you are responsible for managing client relationships, within your designated portfolio, to ensure exceptional service delivery, achieving business targets, and identifying growth opportunities through upselling and cross-selling. This role focuses on fostering trusted partnerships with clients while aligning internal resources to deliver consistent value.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field (preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in account management, sales, or a related role within the BPO industry (preferred).
  • Proven track record of managing diverse client portfolios and achieving business targets.
  • Familiarity with business process outsourcing (BPO) operations or sales.

Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management Build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives.
  • Conduct regular meetings to review performance, address concerns, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, enhancing their engagement and satisfaction.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, including HR, IT, marketing, and finance, to align solutions with client objectives.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance client outcomes.
  • Performance and Compliance Management Ensure compliance with SLAs, performance targets, and contractual obligations.
  • Implement commercial governance frameworks to meet audit standards and maintain service quality.
  • Provide accurate and timely reporting on client performance, renewals, and strategic initiatives Revenue Growth and Sales Meet and exceed revenue, profitability, and client satisfaction targets.
  • Identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize client value.
  • Develop business cases and proposals to secure additional engagements.
  • Lead and participate in RFI, RFP, and RFQ responses when required
