About The Position

Sensis is seeking a senior, bilingual (Spanish/English) Account Director to lead and actively manage multiple healthcare and public sector accounts. This is a hybrid leadership role requiring both high-level strategic oversight and hands-on day-to-day management. The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable shaping long-term strategy, leading executive-level client conversations, and rolling up their sleeves to ensure flawless execution. This individual will play a critical role in integrating Spanish-language campaigns into broader general market initiatives — ensuring alignment, cohesion, and strategic consistency across all channels and stakeholders. The right candidate is proactive, assertive, operationally strong, and confident navigating complex, multi-agency environments.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of agency account leadership experience
  • Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written) — required
  • Significant healthcare marketing experience (payer, public health, Medicaid, ACA marketplace, or related sectors strongly preferred)
  • Experience managing large, complex accounts with multiple stakeholders
  • Proven ability to operate successfully in multi-agency environments
  • Strong financial and operational management experience

Responsibilities
