About The Position

As an APAC Account Executive, you will drive business development and close new opportunities in the defense and intelligence (D&I) and maritime sectors across Asia-Pacific countries. Your role will focus on establishing and strengthening HE360’s engagement with Asia-Pacific Ministries of Defense, Intelligence Agencies, Coast Guards, and other relevant agencies to ensure our solutions meet their strategic and operational needs and drive revenue growth for the company. Location: This position can be based in the US or in Asia-Pacific; approximately 35% travel.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Aerospace, Electrical, Telecommunications Engineering, Remote Sensing, Signal Processing, Data Science, Regional Policy, Business, or related disciplines) or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience closing multi-million-dollar, multi-year contracts with APAC MODs, intelligence agencies, or other relevant agencies and partners.
  • Expertise in long sales cycles and high-value defense deals, requiring constant end-user engagement.
  • Strong understanding of APAC countries, regional organizations, and the strategic relationships in the region, with prior experience engaging these entities.
  • Deep domain knowledge in aerospace, defense, military, or intelligence sectors.
  • Working technical understanding of ELINT, COMINT, SIGINT, GEOINT, and remote sensing technologies.
  • Ability to discuss technology and the TCPED process in-depth, effectively communicating HE360’s value proposition.
  • Familiar with ITAR and EAR regulations.
  • Willingness and ability to travel (estimated 35%) to engage with customers, partners, and stakeholders in the APAC region.
  • Fluent in English, with an additional APAC language desired, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute HE360’s strategy for engaging with APAC government institutions that results in meeting or exceeding business growth objectives.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders in assigned territories, including: MODs and intelligence agencies. Coast Guards. Fisheries agencies. Regional organizations and partners working on similar solutions.
  • Identify and manage RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs, ensuring HE360’s successful participation – either directly to customers or through commercial partners.
  • Creating and closing new business opportunities to achieve revenue objectives.
  • Develop and lead targeted sales campaigns, working closely with HE360’s leadership, product, marketing, and technical solutions teams.
  • Oversee ongoing projects as the assigned Account Executive, ensuring seamless collaboration with USG and other regional government partners and ensuring continued program growth.
  • Manage risk, track budgets, and plan projects through the bid, proposal and delivery phases.
  • Drive HE360’s participation in APAC regional studies, military exercises, and proofs of concept.
  • Identify key industry events HE360 should attend, set objectives, lead HE360 participation, and track outcomes.
  • Develop an engagement plan for senior decision-makers and political stakeholders, coordinating interactions with HE360’s leadership team.
