About The Position

Pannos Marketing is seeking an experienced Account Executive with agency or financial industry experience, to join our fast-paced, creative, and client-focused environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building strong client relationships, coordinating cross-functional teams, and delivering marketing campaigns that get results.

Requirements

3–5 years of agency, marketing, or client-facing experience (financial services experience is a plus)
Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities and client expectations
Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
Familiarity with both digital and traditional media
A strategic mindset and collaborative spirit

Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients—communicating regularly via email, phone, and in-person meetings to understand their needs and keep projects on track
Lead internal kickoff meetings to clearly translate client goals into actionable tasks for creative, media, development, and content teams
Manage campaign development from concept through execution—including timelines, budgets, approvals, and performance tracking
Develop and present client-facing documents, such as strategic briefs, status updates, creative reviews, and project recaps
Coordinate directly with creative and digital teams to ensure deliverables meet expectations and deadlines
Monitor and proactively manage project scope, identifying and communicating changes, roadblocks, or opportunities to internal and client teams
Foster long-term client relationships by anticipating needs, offering strategic recommendations, and identifying opportunities for account growth
Stay current on client industries and competitors, bringing insights and ideas that align with their goals and position Pannos Marketing as a strategic partner
