About The Position

This is not a traditional desk sales job. As a Restaurant Consultant (Account Executive - Field) at Mad Mobile, you will be in the field (El Paso territory) building relationships and closing business where it happens — on the restaurant floor. You will shake hands, build trust, and drive deals that transform how restaurants operate. Your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain relationships with channel partners and restaurant operators across your territory. You will generate new sales of our restaurant POS solutions, drive engagement, and lead training sessions that inspire advocacy for Mad Mobile products. This role requires a closer who thrives on energy, hustle, and results. You will own your territory, create opportunities every day, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure long-term customer satisfaction and growth. This role is for bilingual (Spanish) candidates.

Requirements

  • You must live in the El Paso, TX area.
  • Proven success in SaaS or technology sales. Restaurant or hospitality industry experience is a strong plus.
  • A natural people person who thrives on connection, builds trust quickly, and adapts to different audiences.
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage in person, over the phone, and through compelling demos.
  • Organized, data-driven, and methodical with a hunger for results.
  • Confident in leading product demos, training, and sales sessions both virtually and in person.
  • Ability to translate complex technical solutions into clear, practical value for customers.
  • Resourceful in navigating cross-functional teams and external partnerships.
  • High accountability, hustle, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ownership mentality with a positive, performance-driven outlook.
  • Responsive and effective in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Nice To Haves

  • Formal sales or account management training and certifications.
  • Prior experience demonstrating sound judgment and foresight in business decisions.
  • Educational background in a relevant field.
  • Experience selling through channel partners or working within partner ecosystems.
  • Background in restaurants, hospitality, or retail technology.

Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with channel partners and restaurant owners that generate revenue and long-term value.
  • Drive channel partner engagement to create quality inbound leads and referrals, turning partners into advocates for Mad Mobile solutions.
  • Conduct regular field visits at partner companies and onsite with their customers to strengthen influence and visibility.
  • Be in the field meeting, demoing, training, and closing business.
  • Lead dynamic product and education sessions at all levels within partner organizations that motivate and inspire adoption.
  • Train and empower partners to effectively sell and represent Mad Mobile solutions.
  • Maintain consistent communication with key partner contacts through 1:1 calls, visits, and collaborative sessions.
  • Keep your pipeline sharp and your CRM (Salesforce) accurate, organized, and up to date.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Achieve defined KPIs and exceed performance goals.
