About The Position

In this role, you will drive new business acquisition and revenue growth by targeting and closing opportunities with net-new accounts. You will work closely with a cross-functional sales team to understand customer goals, qualify prospects, and deliver solutions that align with their business needs. The position emphasizes proactive outreach, relationship building, and strategic selling, requiring a highly motivated and results-oriented professional. You will manage your pipeline, forecast opportunities accurately, and collaborate with marketing and demand generation teams to maximize lead conversion. Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in outbound sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
  • Proven ability to drive enterprise sales and close high-value deals.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure to achieve targets.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and strong pipeline management skills.
  • Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with SaaS or PaaS solutions; knowledge of data harvesting/web crawling is a plus.
  • Creativity, initiative, and commercial awareness to identify opportunities and develop winning strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities through proactive outbound outreach, including email, phone, social media, and networking.
  • Progress Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) through the sales cycle to closure, ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience.
  • Qualify prospects with detailed questioning and score them internally to prioritize high-potential opportunities.
  • Leverage strong selling, negotiation, and influencing skills to secure commitments and close deals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Demand Generation, Marketing, and Solutions Architects, to optimize pipeline and account strategy.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records, tracking all interactions, opportunities, and forecasting pipeline activity.
  • Attend customer meetings, conferences, and strategic events as needed to strengthen relationships and generate new business.
