In this role, you will focus on selling Talroo’s data driven platform that helps attract unique talent communities and deliver candidates to employing companies. We are looking to hire someone who has a competitive spirit who strives to be a top performer— an entrepreneurial self-starter who requires minimal supervision. You are motivated to find solutions to challenges as they occur. You have a genuine interest in delivering the right solution, to the right client, every single time. You're eager to learn from failures - not just from successes.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in outbound sales
  • Positive and energetic phone skills, with excellent listening and writing skills
  • Capability and willingness to conduct ongoing outreach via LinkedIn and email, as well as other essential prospecting methods
  • Self-motivated to learn and succeed in a results-driven environment
  • Positive team player
  • Extremely coachable and always open to feedback, proactive in utilizing available resources
  • Proficient with standard corporate productivity tools (Outlook 365, Zoom meeting, LinkedIn Navigator, SalesLoft, Salesforce a plus)
  • Bachelor’s degree (or relevant work experience)
  • Eager to work in a start-up environment
  • Experience working on cross-functional projects and prioritizing multiple tasks concurrently
  • Strong organization and time management capabilities and exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Must be eligible to work permanently in the United States without employer sponsorship

Responsibilities

  • Educate prospects and clients about Talroo’s products and services through presentations and product demonstrations
  • Conduct outreach and prospecting through LinkedIn, email, and other essential methods.
  • Cleary articulate Talroo’s value proposition and return on investment
  • Utilize sales enablement through a full sales cycle, including management of the sales pipeline through provided sales tools (Salesforce & SalesLoft)
  • Collaborate with Client Success through handoff to ensure that expectations set during the sales process and met in delivery
  • Provide ongoing feedback from agencies to Marketing and Product teams as well
  • Stay on top of the trends impacting our core audience
  • Exceed weekly, monthly, quarterly assigned targets for revenue and sales activities
  • Understand the competitive landscape – know our competition, how they position themselves and how they position themselves against Talroo
  • Make 50-60 calls per day to build and manage a lead pipeline
  • Travel as necessary
