About The Position

We are looking for a results-driven Account Executive to drive adoption and revenue growth for a high-velocity B2B SaaS platform. In this role, you will manage a fast-moving sales pipeline, conduct product demonstrations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes. You will work closely with customers to understand their growth goals, identify opportunities for expansion, and demonstrate the value of marketing technology solutions. This position requires excellent communication skills, a consultative sales approach, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, target-driven environment. The ideal candidate is organized, coachable, and motivated by helping small business owners succeed while achieving aggressive sales targets.

Requirements

  • 2–5+ years of experience in inside sales or Account Executive roles within B2B SaaS or high-velocity sales environments.
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume pipelines and short sales cycles.
  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to uncover real business challenges and propose solutions.
  • Comfortable running multiple demos or sales conversations daily with small business owners.
  • Ability to translate product capabilities into clear business outcomes and ROI.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
  • Highly organized and disciplined with strong calendar management and CRM hygiene.
  • Coachable, proactive, and ownership-minded with the ability to implement feedback quickly.

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth by managing an inbound-led pipeline and proactively engaging customers showing expansion signals.
  • Conduct product demos, discovery calls, and presentations to clearly communicate value and ROI.
  • Maintain a clean, high-quality sales pipeline, prioritizing deals likely to close quickly while disqualifying low-fit opportunities.
  • Execute a repeatable, structured sales process designed for efficiency and speed.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams while maintaining accurate CRM records.
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics to ensure pipeline visibility and informed decision-making.
