About the position

Empire Technological Group DBA Aruze Gaming Global is looking to add an Account Executive to our team! This position is based in Las Vegas, NV and involves providing professional after-sales support to enhance customer dedication, maintaining relationships with qualified operators in the gaming industry, and assisting the sales team in strategizing and nurturing client relationships. The role requires monitoring sales forecasts, researching market trends, and managing sales tools and collateral for product lines.

Responsibilities

  • Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customers’ dedication.
  • Remain in frequent contact with the clients to understand their needs.
  • Maintain and establish relationships with qualified operators amongst the gaming industry.
  • Assist the sales team with strategizing and taking overall responsibility for developing and nurturing the client relationship.
  • Build and grow relationships by sharing how customers receive superior value of our products.
  • Monitor sales & revenue forecast schedules and spreadsheets.
  • Research market trends, provide input on effective methods to attract an audience and implement the targeted needs.
  • Review and analyze key performance indicators of corporate finance, industry trends, business operations, and product performance.
  • Manage Sales Force in your assigned jurisdiction.
  • Review and analyze business plans and operational functions.
  • Initiate and manage newly launched products.
  • Develop sales tools and collateral that can be used for our product lines in the market.
  • Assist in product training to marketing and sales units.
  • Keep Empire current to available technology.
  • Make recommendations on product direction.
  • Direct activities in various departments as required to ensure successful product launches and timely releases.
  • Respond to complaints and resolve issues aiming at customer contentment and the preservation of the company’s reputation.
  • Ensure company policies, procedures, and business ethic codes are followed.
  • Have the ability to communicate and implement within a team setting.
  • Assist in the development of product plans and marketing requirement documents to address new products and product modifications or improvements.
  • Assist the product strategy and roadmap.

Requirements

  • Maintain professional, verbal, and written communication skills.

  • Passionate and goal-oriented.
  • Must be knowledgeable and capable of working in a 24/7 environment.
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
  • Excellent communication, technical writing, and presentation skills.
  • Must be computer literate, with advanced knowledge of MS Software including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
