You should be comfortable operating with minimal infrastructure, resources, and oversightâsomeone who takes initiative, figures things out, and helps build processes as we scale. Youâll play a key role in shaping the sales organization and will have the opportunity to grow alongside the company. Youâll be responsible for managing both inbound and outbound sales efforts, including following up on marketing- and website-generated leads, as well as proactively prospecting into key accounts such as insurance carriers. Youâll own and maintain accurate data in HubSpot, ensuring strong pipeline hygiene and clear visibility into deal flow. The majority of your time will be spent engaging directly with legal professionalsâincluding attorneys, partners, paralegals, general counsel, and risk teamsâleading product demos, and guiding prospects through the full sales cycle from initial outreach to close. Youâll build and manage relationships, run a consultative sales process, and consistently identify opportunities to add value. Experience in the legal or legaltech space is highly valuable, as it enables you to effectively communicate with our core customers, understand their workflows, and position our platform in a way that resonates. As a key representative of Trellis, youâll embody our brand in every interactionâlistening closely to customer needs, converting prospects into customers, and turning customers into long-term advocates.
