About The Position

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced outside Account Executive to join our B2B sales team. As a leader in this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key business clients, cultivating new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Requirements

  • Confident in person B2B presentation Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience. Advertising sales
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools

Responsibilities

  • Contact South Eastern Michigan business in person and enlist them in the program
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and maximize customer satisfaction
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through B2B networking ,cold calling, and other sales tactics
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and offer innovative solutions to clients
  • Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and maximize revenue potential
  • Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members, offering training and mentorship to help them achieve their goals
