About The Position

This Account Executive opportunity is an exciting chance to join us early in our journey in the US and help shape the future direction of the company.

Requirements

  • 1-2+ years closing sales experience within a fast-paced SaaS environment or similar industry.
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding revenue targets consistently.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with distributed remote teams in a startup environment.
  • Growth mindset - you are always looking of ways to improve.
  • Intrinsically motivated with a yearning to succeed.
  • Driven, positive and resilient.
  • Preference for candidates to be based in either Boston or Tampa

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working for a Recruitment Technology company or selling to commercial/sales departments within organizations.
  • Experience working with sales cycles of around 30 - 90 days.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle through to contract negotiation and deal closure.
  • Use SourceWhale’s platform first-hand to create effective outreach.
  • Partner closely with SDR’s to book and lead demos of the SourceWhale platform to prospects.
  • Manage your sales pipeline and track performance against KPIs.
  • Key stakeholder management (director level & above).
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to provide new customers a seamless experience.
  • Work closely with your manager to carve out your own Career Pathway.
