Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle sales targeting companies with 500-5,000 employees
  • Split time: 40% outbound pipeline building, 60% discovery/demos/closing
  • Engage with senior leaders across HR, Finance, and Operations
  • Work directly with founders on live deals and strategy
  • Build repeatable sales patterns in a new market
