What We’re Looking For: Proactive, team-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative environment Strong organizational , communication, and interpersonal skills A passion for servicing and helping clients find the right coverage Prior insurance experience JOB DESCRIPTION Summary/Objective This position is responsible for working in conjunction with Team Members to service clients by maintaining ongoing relationships with those clients through continued stewardship, account rounding, and assistance during the client renewal process. Additionally, the role supports new business efforts by assisting with quoting, onboarding, and delivering an exceptional client experience from the initial point of contact forward. Builds strong relationships with potential and existing clients to identify and meet their insurance needs including rounding the account with other lines of business as applicable. Maintains confidentiality of all information related to clients, carriers, or as appropriate, other information. Consistently reports to work on time and prepared to perform job functions. Strives to increase knowledge and/or enhance skills through continuing education.
