The Account Maintenance team supports the accurate and timely setup and ongoing servicing of customer accounts, partnering closely with advisors, clients, and internal operations teams to ensure a smooth experience. The team plays a critical role in maintaining data integrity, meeting regulatory requirements, and resolving account-related requests efficiently. As an Account Maintenance Associate, you will support new account opening and account maintenance activities by processing requests, responding to inquiries, and collaborating with internal partners. You’ll work in a structured, detail-oriented environment while continuously learning and improving processes to better serve advisors and clients! This role is based in our Clearwater, FL, Chicago, IL, and Westlake, TX offices, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.
