About The Position

We are excited to bring on an Account Management Intern to support the Retirement Plan Services organization during our 2026 Summer cohort. This will be a hybrid role located in Fort Wayne, IN. Relocation assistance may be available.  As the Account Management Intern, you will have an excellent opportunity to learn and gain experience within the Retirement Plan Solutions Account Management Team and support functions. You will gain exposure and understanding of the portfolio of products and services offered to our customers and the critical components of Account Management and Support Teams. In this role, you may perform a variety of support activities and high volume, ongoing maintenance to client accounts for Account Management and support teams. This opportunity will provide you the ability to grow within the retirement industry while gaining new skills and building strong working relationships. Requirements

  • College rising sophomore or junior (2028 or 2029 grad)
  • Must have availability to work 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, between the dates of June 1, 2026 – August 7, 2026
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Effective networking skills
  • Ability to deal with change and ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and multi-task while maintaining strict attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship

  • Demonstrates solid relationship management skills with internal and/or external clients (e.g. management, peers, colleagues, customers, etc.)

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
