The Account Management Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day execution and leadership of a team supporting Dynasty’s turnkey asset management program (TAMP). This role blends hands-on operational work with people leadership, ensuring high-quality execution, strong client service, and continuous development of the Account Management team. Reporting to the Head of Account Management, this position is accountable for both owning critical workflows, coaching, guiding, and supporting team members across enrollment operations, account and manager setup, onboarding, and ongoing platform support. The Supervisor acts as a first-line leader, escalation point, and culture carrier while remaining actively engaged in the work alongside the team. This role works closely with internal Dynasty stakeholders, independent advisors, custodians, third-party managers, and Resource Partners to ensure operational excellence across the investments and trading platform.
