We are seeking a talented Account Manager to join our supportive and forward-thinking team. In this role, you won't just manage accounts, you will build strategic partnerships with a portfolio of small and medium-sized healthcare clients, delivering exceptional service and uncovering powerful growth opportunities. This is a remote position with regular visits to customer sites. Due to customer location, you ideally will be based in North Rhine-Westphalia. To be able to travel to customer sites easily, a driving license is mandatory.

Requirements

  • Experience or familiarity with the healthcare industry
  • A strong track record of success in a B2B sales in technology (hardware and software) environment
  • You are a high-energy, proactive sales hunter who excels at both winning new business and growing existing key accounts
  • You possess a creative approach to brand enhancement and have a natural ability to persuade others with compelling presentations
  • Full fluency in both German and English is mandatory
  • You must hold a valid driving licence

Responsibilities

  • Forge deep and influential relationships with key stakeholders across your assigned customer accounts to build a robust solutions pipeline.
  • Champion and sell Zebra's portfolio through our network of sales partners and distributors, directly engaging with end-users to solve their challenges.
  • Identify, develop, and execute creative sales and marketing strategies tailored to your accounts to unlock their full potential.
  • Build a powerful internal network across sales, engineering, product, and marketing teams to deliver comprehensive solutions for your clients.
  • Act as a brand ambassador by presenting to specialist audiences at major healthcare conferences, trade fairs, and industry events.
