About The Position

At ZF Off-Highway Solutions Minnesota, Inc., the Sales team drives business growth and customer satisfaction through strong relationships, customer engagement, market analysis, and sales strategy. The team collaborates with engineering, product management, and logistics to introduce new products and enhance existing ones, ensuring compliance with industry standards and fostering a positive work environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related fields; Master’s preferred
  • 7+ years of experience in Sales Management (B2B; preferably Tier 1 suppliers)
  • Experience in complex/matrix organizations
  • Technical knowledge of complex engineering products
  • Proactive, assertive, and good communication skills
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams
  • Willingness to travel in North America (and sometimes overseas)
  • Proficient in MS Office and SAP
  • Demonstrated integrity and commitment to continuous improvement
  • Fluent in English

Responsibilities

  • Defend and grow business with assigned customers in North America
  • Ensure customer satisfaction in products, price, quality, service, and technology
  • Build connections with customer engineering teams and decision-makers
  • Manage customer relationships through virtual and in-person meetings (25%-50% travel)
  • Support quality and logistics discussions
  • Work on new RFQs and ensure timely delivery of offers
  • Collaborate with ZF functions to deliver on-time responses
  • Solve technical and commercial issues, coordinating internal resources
  • Support operational planning and manage price lists and adjustments
  • Ensure KPIs are under control and identify new market opportunities
  • No direct reports
