Medica’s Account Manager II is responsible for building relationships with new clients while maintaining existing client base, coaching clients on all aspects of Medica's programs/products and client implementation. This role partners with Account Executive and Sales Relationship Manager to provide consultation and education to the client on all aspects of Medica's programs including operational processes, commercial products, contract and regulatory compliance, and administrative service design. This role will work with both self-funded and fully insured clients and will be responsible for the effective and timely resolution of service issues. Performs other duties assigned.
