Requirements

  • Ability to engage in business conversations with various types of business owners and decision makers.
  • Consultative selling skills and the ability to make recommendations using various products and Brand Standards.
  • Understanding of the sales process and systems to meet sales goals, close sales and take advantage of every opportunity.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, comfortable with phone, email, virtual and in person interactions.
  • Basic math skills for creating sales quotes and measuring/calculating sign sizes.
  • Proficiency in computer and keyboard skills for point-of-sale software data entry, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.
  • Enthusiastic, organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Two years of experience in a customer-facing role, sales experience required, sign experience preferred.
  • Bachelors degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide superior customer service as the first point of contact for clients via phone, internet, and in-person.
  • Act as a sales consultant, suggesting appropriate types of signs and graphics to suit customer needs.
  • Present creative ideas and solutions to a wide variety of clients.
  • Estimate prices and manage projects for signs, graphics, and installations.
  • Create clear and concise work orders.
  • Prepare status reports for weekly sales meetings, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.
  • Manage and develop accounts.
  • Identify and resolve customer satisfaction issues.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with support departments.
  • Participate in available training programs to become an expert sign and graphics solution provider.
