About The Position

The Account Manager Liaison provides operational and administrative support to Account Managers and Client Services leaders by helping manage job postings, maintain system accuracy, and support the submission process for clinicians. This role plays an important part in ensuring that client information, job orders, and submissions are processed efficiently and accurately. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while supporting multiple teams and priorities.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of general office, administrative, or operational support experience
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships across teams

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in healthcare staffing, hospital environments, or medical sales support
  • Experience working with vendor management systems (VMS/MSP platforms)
  • Experience supporting client services, account management, or operations teams

Responsibilities

  • Upload nurse profiles into vendor management systems (VMS/MSP platforms) and ensure submissions are accurate and complete
  • Assist with job order entry from internal job scrapers and incoming email requests
  • Post, maintain, refresh, and remove job postings while keeping order statuses up to date
  • Assist with gathering and submitting required documentation for nurse profiles, including credentials, licenses, and vendor-specific documentation
  • Support Account Managers with submission file reviews and vetting when needed
  • Maintain accurate client and facility information within internal systems and vendor platforms
  • Provide desk support to Account Managers during periods of high volume or coverage needs
  • Act as a secondary contact between internal teams, Account Managers, and client facility representatives when needed
  • Deliver excellent customer service to both internal partners and external clients
  • Provide operational and administrative support to help ensure smooth client services operations
