About The Position

We are seeking a Client Success Manager / Account Manager with a marketing focus to manage and grow relationships with key clients. This remote role combines account management, customer success, and digital marketing strategy, ensuring clients achieve measurable results from their marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate understands digital marketing, campaign performance, and client relationship management, and can translate marketing insights into actionable strategies that drive client satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Success, or Customer Success roles.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies such as paid advertising, SEO, content marketing, email marketing, or lead generation.
  • Proven experience managing multiple client accounts and delivering measurable results.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing performance data.
  • Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment.

  • Experience working in a marketing agency environment is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts, building strong and long-term relationships.
  • Lead client onboarding and ensure successful implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics such as campaign results, engagement, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Work closely with internal marketing, sales, and creative teams to deliver successful client campaigns.
  • Conduct regular strategy calls, reporting sessions, and performance reviews with clients.
  • Identify opportunities for account expansion, upselling, and cross-selling services.
  • Proactively address client needs, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain accurate records of client communications and campaign progress in CRM systems.
