We’re looking for our next Account Manager to join our Personal Lines department. In this role, you’ll work closely with our sales team to deliver tailored insurance solutions and exceptional client service. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 0+ years client service and/or claims management experience -OR- High School degree/GED with 3+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
- Property and Casualty License.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- A passion for delivering exceptional client service and building lasting relationships.
- Strong organizational skills to manage client accounts and ensure accuracy.
- The ability to communicate complex information in a clear and approachable way.
- A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn and grow in the insurance industry
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate client information and provide timely support.
- Build strong relationships with insurance carriers to enhance collaboration.
- Ensure policies are accurate and processed efficiently.
- Support client retention by monitoring accounts and addressing any issues.
- Stay informed about industry developments to provide the best solutions.
