About The Position

In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for a portfolio of client organizations managing reimbursement and benefits-related accounts. You will support clients throughout the full lifecycle of their engagement—from onboarding to ongoing service management—ensuring they maximize the value of available tools and programs. This position requires strong relationship management, operational oversight, and the ability to translate complex benefit administration processes into clear guidance for clients. Working in a fully remote environment, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, optimize processes, and deliver a consistently high-quality client experience. Your impact will be measured through client satisfaction, operational excellence, and long-term partnership success.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in benefits administration, financial services, client services, or business-to-business account management.
  • Working knowledge of healthcare benefits, banking services, or Consumer Directed Health Plans (CDHP) or a related field.
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, finance, healthcare administration, or a related discipline.
  • Strong client relationship management and communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proven experience leading client meetings, managing projects, and coordinating with internal stakeholders to deliver solutions.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, showing strong organization and accountability.
  • Proficiency with common business tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Windows systems.

  • Experience with Salesforce or project management platforms is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture relationships with assigned client accounts, typically supporting organizations with 500+ benefit-eligible employees, ensuring high satisfaction and service quality.
  • Act as the primary contact for client inquiries, resolving operational or administrative issues while ensuring timely closure and adherence to service standards.
  • Lead regular client meetings, track action items, and provide ongoing updates regarding account performance and operational activities.
  • Oversee key administrative processes including file processing, account activities, and system interactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with service-level agreements.
  • Guide clients through benefit plan design considerations, explaining the operational impact on claims administration, payment processing, enrollment, and employee experience.
  • Advocate for client needs internally, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure requests, improvements, and issues are addressed efficiently.
  • Maintain comprehensive client documentation, including procedures, alerts, and processes, ensuring internal teams have clear operational guidance.
  • Educate clients on available tools, systems, and resources to help them effectively manage reimbursement and healthcare-related benefit programs.
  • Support project initiatives and annual review processes, ensuring successful execution and continuous improvement of client services.
