Requirements

  • EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required
  • EXPERIENCE: 5 years’ experience in Water Treatment & Recycling
  • TRAVEL: 80%
  • OTHER: Submit to and satisfactorily complete pre-employment background, medical, alcohol, and drug screening
  • Must possess a valid Driver’s License

Responsibilities

  • Generate business leads and following up on sales opportunities
  • Sales experience within Completions and Production market
  • Ability to provide technical solutions for on-the-fly water treatment and water recycle operations
  • Proven track record of closing sales at all levels, field, city and executive
  • Builds relationships with key decision makers at all levels
  • Work closely with the team to develop new business
  • Establish and develop new opportunities at all levels and manage project coordination and follow up
  • Market analysis including opportunities and threats
  • Attend weekly sales meeting
  • Provide weekly sales report
  • Daily/weekly use of TETRA’s CRM Platform (Customer Relationship Management)
  • Proposal creation to invoice collection as needed
  • Participates in sales shows, conferences and industry events to generate new business leads
  • Troubleshoots problems regarding job performance and implements changes
  • Other duties as assigned
