For more than 90 years, The Church Insurance Agency Companies (CIAC) have focused on providing The Episcopal Church broad, cost-effective property and casualty coverage and unique risk management strategies and tools in a financially sustainable way. REMOTE POSITION, but may require some travel. The ideal candidate will reside in the Upper Midwest area (i.e. CO, IA, KS, MO or NE.) The CIAC Account Manager is the primary contact with assigned customers in a region and will interact with clients virtually and in person. This role will work directly with customers to develop a risk management and insurance program which meets their unique needs and, in that effort, identifies needs which are not currently being met. Creates ways to assist clients at the local level. The CIAC Account Manager has clear and challenging goals for customer satisfaction and retention, overall premium growth, and profitability measures and is expected to meet them on an annual basis. This role systematically develops prospects and acquires new customers using a consultative, value-based approach. Working in conjunction with the SVP & GM and / or the VP Field Manager, the CIAC Account Manager will work in a subset of territories consisting of smaller dioceses/churches and later stage mid-size churches/dioceses. This role will work with regional VP’s to receive knowledge and / or specific introductions with the regional VP serving as coordination resource.
