Requirements

  • Proven sales producer or highly motivated closer

  • Organized and disciplined in follow-up
  • Active Property & Casualty license required prior to starting

Responsibilities

  • Drive aggressive new business production from warm leads, referrals, and outbound prospecting
  • Quote, present, and close auto, home, renters, and life insurance policies
  • Conduct proactive policy reviews to uncover cross-sell and upsell opportunities
  • Handle objections confidently and ask for the sale
  • Maintain a disciplined pipeline and hit monthly production goals
  • Support client service needs while keeping a strong revenue focus
  • Generate referrals and expand the book through relationship building
