About The Position

Responsible for managing customer accounts, including building and maintaining relationships, managing gross profit percentage, and creating and updating service work orders to be dispatched.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or 2-3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Microsoft Office, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact with customers and partners.
  • Review and approve invoices.
  • Review service work orders and calculate gross profit percentage.
  • Review and submit proposals for correct Gross Profit Percentage and make changes as necessary.
  • Update system with notes, customer approvals, dispatch work orders, and complete follow-up phone calls on completed services.
  • Review weekly operations and open work order reports.
  • Manage customer email box.
  • Regular and predictable on-site attendance during scheduled office hours is an essential function of this role.
