About The Position

The primary focus of the Account Service Representative is to support NA sales teams through content and collateral creation, Request for Proposal (RFP) responses and client‑facing deliverables, and event support. This position will report to the Manager, Sales Support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field required.
  • Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and writing skills, with the ability to engage at all levels within the organization, including senior management.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate input from Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), finance, legal, marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure accurate, cohesive, and comprehensive RFP responses and corporate sales marketing collateral.
  • Project Management & Organization: Candidate must be able to adapt and adjust to different daily tasks, remaining detail oriented, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-past environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Results-oriented, team player with excellent analytical, process, and problem-solving skills, the ability to start and finish tasks with minimal management oversight, and a positive attitude.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, JIRA, Salesforce, or similar design, project management, and CRM software is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with team members to complete final production, packaging, and delivery of proposal documentation for RFPs, and marketing collateral for the sales organization.
  • Ensure all RFP responses and sales and marketing collateral is consistent, compelling, and brand aligned.
  • Partner with SMEs across the organization to gather and validate information.
  • Content and collateral management in Salesforce library, ensuring branding accuracy.
  • Coordinate in JIRA for co-branded corporate partner assets.
  • Sales communications, including presentation development and maintenance, updating to keep fresh and relevant.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline sales and marketing collateral and RFP processes.
  • Assist with larger corporate events. Event management includes invitation management, travel assistance, marketing materials, promotional items sourcing, and overall event planning assistance.
