As our next Account Specialist, you’ll partner with cross-functional experts to deliver a seamless client experience in the Health and Life Sciences (HLS) space. Your mission: delighting customers, driving sales growth, identifying process wins, and ensuring every account flourishes. You will serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned client accounts, ensuring long-term business growth and exceptional client satisfaction. You will act as a "customer-obsessed" advocate, partnering closely with Sales, Operations, Mobile Phlebotomy network, and cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless experience and identify strategic process improvements. This role is focused on supporting growth, customer retention, delighting the customer, and HLS process improvement. Based in Lenexa, KS, this hybrid role offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration.
