Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration
3–5 years of accounting experience (manufacturing experience preferred)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Experience with ERP systems (Syteline a plus) and strong Excel skills

Responsibilities

Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and adjustments
Perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations
Assist with month-end, year-end close, and the annual audit
Support A/P and A/R as needed, including invoicing
Partner with Purchasing, Service, and Sales teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure financial accuracy
Research and respond to vendor and customer inquiries
Review employee credit card expenses and manage travel spend
Reconcile WIP and inventory subledgers and investigate variances
Support annual physical inventory counts
Maintain documentation for audits and ensure GAAP compliance
Assist with ERP improvements and identify process efficiencies
