The Impact You’ll Make In this role, you’ll be an essential partner in ensuring financial accuracy and operational clarity across the company’s upstream portfolio. You’ll work alongside leaders in land, engineering, and operations to help shape decisions that move the business forward. Your responsibilities will include: Managing full-cycle accounting for wells, assets, and joint interest operations Month-end close: journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and reporting Revenue, JIB, and production accounting within an upstream environment Conducting AFE, LOE, and variance analyses to support operational insights Collaborating with internal teams to improve transparency, processes, and workflow efficiencies Supporting leadership in forecasting, reporting, and strategic initiatives What You Bring You’re a strong fit if you’re confident in the upstream accounting landscape and ready to contribute at a high level. Requirements

3+ years of upstream oil and gas accounting experience
Strong competency in revenue, JIB, production accounting, or a blend of these
Experience with industry systems such as Enertia, Quorum, BOLO, W Energy, or similar
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to work seamlessly across departments and thrive in a collaborative culture
