The purpose of this position is to support the accurate processing of invoices related to the Dining Services department at BYU. This role ensures timely payment to suppliers which helps maintain relationships to help keep Dining Services operating smoothly. Requirements

• A firm commitment to the Mission of BYU

• Strong Organization skills
• Critical Thinking skills
• Proficient with Excel and data entry

Responsibilities

• Document processes and procedures for DS Accounting
• Assist in Processing Invoices
• Count and justify Inventories of Dining Locations
• Reconciliations of payments
• Manage Books
