This position is responsible for management of JCB’s fleet vehicles, profitability and See Through Analysis for Quarterly Reporting.
Requirements
- Must pass any drug screens, background checks and any pre-employments tests as applicable.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel formulas, pivot tables
- Strong attention to detail
Nice To Haves
- One - two years of accounting and/or finance experience
- Associate’s degree in accounting or finance
Responsibilities
- Prepare, review and post monthly journal entries
- Raise intercompany recharges with supporting documentation
- Perform intercompany reconciliation and reporting requirements
- Review and allocate incoming and outgoing intercompany payments
- Prepare, review and track all payment requests for the finance department
- Prepares various monthly expense allocation files and posts corresponding journal entries
- Fixed overhead reporting
- Prepares and files various sales & use, excise tax returns
- Assists with daily cash clearing / reconciliations
- Reviews / Reconciles assigned balance sheet accounts
- Assists with month-end closing activities
- Provides ad-hoc reporting / support to Sr. Accountant / AFC as needed
