Job Description Accounting Clerk You play a key role in keeping our financial operations running smoothly. As part of our accounting team, you’ll help ensure accurate reporting, timely payments, and organized financial records—supporting decisions that drive the company forward. You’ll collaborate with both internal teams and external vendors, contributing to a reliable and efficient accounting function. What you'll do Support accounts payable and receivable activities, including processing invoices and payments Reconcile bank statements and assist with monthly financial reporting tasks Maintain and update accurate financial records and databases Manage expense reports and credit card reconciliations Prepare documentation for audits and compliance requests Work with vendors and internal teams to resolve billing issues Organize and maintain digital and physical financial files Provide general administrative support to the accounting team Monitor budget variances and report findings Contribute to improving accounting processes and team projects What you need Strong attention to detail and organizational skills — required Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments — required Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software — required Effective communication and problem‑solving skills — required 2–3 years of directly related accounting experience — required Experience in accounting or finance support — preferred Familiarity with enterprise resource planning systems — preferred High school diploma — required ; associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance — advantage What we offer A collaborative and mission-driven work environment Opportunities for career development within a global technology leader Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits Paid time off and company holidays Retirement savings plans Tuition reimbursement and support for professional growth What happens next Apply online, and our recruiting team will review your application. Salary Range: $50,600.00-$67,500.000 Pay Transparency The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate.
