Requirements

  • Completed commercial education or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in an accounting or finance role
  • Good understanding of basic accounting principles
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and high accuracy
  • Good organizational and time‑management skills
  • Strong initiative, sense of ownership and responsibility toward work.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • SAP knowledge and S4 Hana preferred

Responsibilities

  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
  • Maintain accurate financial records and update accounting ledgers
  • Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
  • Monitor and maintain vendor and customer master data
  • Work with Purchasing to investigate and resolve all purchase order/invoice discrepancies.
  • Monitor expense report reviews and employee reimbursements
  • Provide support for accounting reporting needs, as required.
  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Support the preparation of tax filings and audits
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and accounting standards
