Requirements

• 2 Year Degree in Business Administration or relevant experience required.
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Aptitude for numbers
• Excellent Data Entry skills
• Demonstrates high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel and Outlook)

Nice To Haves

• Automotive Dealership experience preferred, but not required.
• Fluent in CDK/ADP software preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Calculate dealer profits & sales commissions.
• Accurately document transaction details
• Track payroll data in excel and ensure safe keeping of all confidential information.
• Reconcile and maintain clean schedules related to vehicle sales.
• Fact checking accounting data.
• Accounts payable, bookkeeping, cash receipt and check cutting when needed.
• Cross training with staff to learn other accounting functions
