About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounting Clerk to support our accounting and administrative functions. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, comfortable with financial reports, and able to manage a variety of clerical and customer-facing tasks. The Accounting Clerk will work closely with leadership to ensure the accuracy of financial information and the smooth operation of daily office activities.

Requirements

  • Ability to project and run P&L reports with accuracy.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) or basic accounting software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Prior accounting or clerical experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, project, and run Profit & Loss (P&L) statements
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, including data entry, invoice tracking, and expense reporting.
  • Maintain accurate and organized financial records.
  • Support monthly/quarterly financial reporting activities.
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
  • Perform general clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and document organization.
  • Assist with office correspondence, data entry, and other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Serve as a friendly point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Provide prompt and courteous communication to support daily operations.
