Requirements

  • Two years of experience in an operations support/customer service role or related experience
  • Two year degree preferred
  • Strong customer service, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong computer skills

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service and support for office administrative staff
  • Close transactions, distribute commission checks
  • Apply commission and escrow deposits including balancing reports
  • Address customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Follow procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Engage in company values
